Our staff has the ability to receive, process, and send electronic files to Architects, Engineers, and customers via our ultra-modern infrastructure, thereby eliminating the need for running around to compile or distribute information. Truss Engineering Dolan’s employs skilled and experienced Truss Designers and Truss Engineers, and the result can be seen in our superior product. A Dolan’s professional truss engineer reviews each and every truss to ensure quality; our staff will review your plans, design trusses and assist with any issues they foresee. With Dolan’s Trusses you get hands-on help in addition to top-quality trusses. Truss Construction You can count on experience and quality when you work with Dolan’s, one of the oldest truss plants in Northern California. Our fabrication plant has state-of-the-art roof and truss machines that allow us to produce trusses in an expedient manner without compromising quality. Each truss crew is headed by a leadman with at least five years of experience. After being fabricated in accordance with the Truss Plate Institute's quality standards, trusses are delivered to your plateline by our professional drivers. Floor Trusses While the majority of builders use roof trusses, a much smaller percentage is using floor trusses, which can provide significant advantages over traditional floor joists. Floor trusses are quicker and easier to install and offer an open web design that allows plumbing and mechanical equipment to be installed faster. The 3 1/2" wide top chord expedites subfloor installation while providing superior load carrying capability. Floor trusses can be manufactured from 14" to 24" deep at various spacings in order to meet clearspan requirements.
